I have been engaged in production since I finished my studies. I acquired my first experience in the Palace of Culture, later consolidating this with work in a promotion and theatre agency. I have been working for Auviex since 2007. I especially enjoy the manifold character of production. Although nearly every job brings with it a certain stereotype, this can not be said for production because those stereotypes are constantly changing. What is the most rewarding moment in work as a Production Manager? When the audience applauds at the end of a concert. At that moment I am overcome by the feeling that my work has contributed to their pleasure and satisfaction and that it has therefore been successful and meaningful.
