I studied Secondary School of Gastronomy and Hotel Industry. I have been working in gastronomy since 2001, and started to work for Auviex three years ago. As Catering Manager I prepare your event from A to Z. I suggest suitable venues, decorations, possible themes for the event, recommend a suitable menu and supervise during the course of the entire event. This work is very interesting and different every time. I try to add value to each event, to give it something that little bit extra, to make it an unforgettable and unique experience, not only a gastronomic experience, but also in terms of the atmosphere. I believe I have a well developed sense for detail which is very important in this work. The best reward for me is a satisfied client. It is the reason why I look forward to each new shared culinary experience. You can meet me at Pizzeria Latrán where I work as the Operations Manager where I am responsible for supervising the daily operations, guaranteeing that everything functions well and that each of our guests is satisfied. When I have free time I devote as much of it as possible to my family.
I started to work for Auviex in May 2008. The focus of my work is the operation of Pizzeria Latrán. I am responsible for engaging qualified external staff for big events. I like my work. The creativity and work with people inspires me. I can rely on a good and qualified team. Each event has a specific character and as a result my work does not become a daily routine. I like to spend my free time with my family. We undertake trips together, go to cinema and do other leisure-time activities.
Chef de Cuisine
I work in Auviex as the Chef de Cuisine. I have been working in gastronomy since I was sixteen. I went through various jobs, from kitchen porter to waiter, working my way up to the position of Chef de Cuisine in a five-star-hotel. I also worked abroad, which I continue to do so to gather experience - Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Sweden. The work in this branch is demanding, but the need to satisfy our customers drives me forward, it forces me to continuously improve and not fall into the “mediocre”. Together with my colleagues, we try to apply an individual approach to clients, to fulfil their almost unrealisable wishes – were are incomparable in this. I devote my free time to my family in the great outdoors and doing sport.
I have been co-operating with the catering section of Auviex for several years. Each time I do so I am very pleased by the individual and distinctive approach to clients. Having control over the freshness and the quality of raw materials is very important to me and this is a given within Auviex. Professional service and a culinary background including qualified cooks is an important part of this company.
